Mar is a comprehensively certified instructor who combines her expertise and experience to create a supportive and welcoming environment. Practicing Pilates through her pregnancy she fell in love with it’s transformative power, aiding in labor and recovery. Inspired, Mar now teaches other to help others achieve the same physical and emotional benefits. Her classes focus on functional movement, building mobility and strength while having fun and feeling your best in your body. Get ready to move, sweat and smile!
Amber comes to Frame Pilates Nashville with more than 2 years of work as an instructor in the fitness industry. You can find Amber teaching reformer Pilates, along with Mat based fitness classes, indoor cycling, and HIIT cardio classes. Amber grew up as a competitive dancer and fell in love with Pilates as a client after she had her second child. After having left the world of dance to pursue her family and falling in love with Pilates it only felt right to join her love of teaching dance and doing Pilates. In 2021 Amber finished her Pilates training, started teaching, she hasn’t looked back. You can expect Amber’s classes to be energetic, creative and you will leave with that Pilate’s muscle shake.
During her time at Ole Miss, Hayden became certified in Reformer Pilates and began teaching at Core Fitness Oxford. Pilates has been a part of her life since high school, and teaching quickly grew into a true passion. She loves sharing the strength, energy, and balance that Pilates provides and is excited to continue building that connection with others through her classes.
Her teaching style can be described as energizing, encouraging, and dynamic. Hayden strives to create classes that are both uplifting and challenging, helping clients leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired.
Caroline Styles has loved Pilates for almost 20 years, first discovering her passion while she was in middle school. She has been teaching for over six years and earned her comprehensive certification in 2019. Caroline specializes in pre and postnatal clients, offering classes that are athletic yet rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates. Her goal is to help each client feel strong, balanced, and connected in their body — she can’t wait to see you on the reformer!
Whitney was raised in the Twin Cities and spent 19 years living in Phoenix, Arizona, before recently relocating to Nashville to begin an exciting new chapter. With 18 years of dance experience and a background as an NFL cheerleader for the Arizona Cardinals, movement and performance have always been central to her life.
She has been teaching Barre and Pilates for the past two years and brings over 12 years of experience in strength and resistance training. Whitney’s classes are fun, educational, and welcoming, with a focus on building strength, alignment, and confidence. She is passionate about fostering community and helping clients connect with their bodies in new ways through every session.
After completing nursing school, Virginia discovered Pilates in Houston and was immediately drawn to its blend of strength, control, and mindfulness. She went on to complete her comprehensive training in both Mat and Reformer Pilates at Duo Houston.
Her teaching style is energetic, athletic, and challenging, creating an environment that inspires clients to push themselves while building strength and confidence.
Corie Kellman is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through a 500 hour program on Reformer, Tower/Spring Board, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Mat. Her group classes are a contemporary style, moderately paced, and empower each client to have autonomy over their movement with guidance. Her cues are focused and allow clients the time to find their form and feel the connection to their body. You can expect a mix of traditional Pilates exercises and creative programming that helps clients gain mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Hailey is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor specializing in athletic, classical Pilates with a creative edge. With 15 years of gymnastics experience and a background coaching gymnasts, she brings precision, strength, and intentional progression to every session. Her classes are thoughtfully structured, blending classical foundations with dynamic sequencing designed to challenge and empower. Hailey’s approach focuses on control, alignment, and building strength that translates beyond the studio. Originally from Minnesota, she moved to Nashville with her husband in 2018 and is passionate about helping clients develop lasting strength through purposeful, intentional movement.
Julia is a former dancer who trained in classical ballet for 17 years. Originally from Chicago, she moved to Nashville at age 17 to continue her dance career as a trainee with Nashville Ballet. During her time in Nashville, she suffered from a back injury which led her to Pilates as a means of recovery and cross-training. In 2019, Julia trained with Balanced Body Master Instructors Erin Myers and David Gensheimer to pursue a comprehensive certification through Balanced Body. Julia appreciates all types of movement and the community that it brings. Expect a high energy, upbeat class from Julia, full of thoughtful and intentional movement patterns.
