Stephanie Harrison

Stephanie is an ACE certified personal trainer and comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor through Balance Body. She is passionate about empowering client’s health through fitness. Her unique blend of expertise in personal training and Pilates creates a dynamic and engaging class, focusing on strength, mobility and total body engagement. You can expect her group classes to be a high energy, athletic flow that will sculpt every muscle.

Melissa Gurule

Melissa is a Balanced Body Pilates instructor and certified movement and mobility specialist with The Ready State. Her favorite thing about Pilates is its incredible power to transform  bodies. It’s not just about the movement and strength; it’s about reclaiming that natural mobility and finding joy in every session. I love seeing people reconnect with their bodies, whether it’s getting back into a favorite activity or discovering new ways to move. You can expect her classes to be dynamic and challenging, leaving every muscle worked!

Mar Sepulveda

Mar is a comprehensively certified instructor who combines her expertise and experience to create a supportive and welcoming environment. Practicing Pilates through her pregnancy she fell in love with it’s transformative power, aiding in labor and recovery.  Inspired, Mar now teaches other to help others achieve the same physical and emotional benefits.  Her classes focus on functional movement, building mobility and strength while having fun and feeling your best in your body.  Get ready to move, sweat and smile!

Pam Waggener

Pam is a Lab certified instructor. Pam fell in love with Pilates years ago on her own path to wellness and stress relief. After 15 years of practicing she decided to take the steps to towards teaching to encourage others and help them build and strengthen their practice. Joseph Pilates quotes are true, ” you will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.  Pilates is of the mind, body and spirit.”

Amber Lazarus

Amber comes to Frame Pilates Nashville with more than 2 years of work as an instructor in the fitness industry. You can find Amber teaching reformer Pilates, along with Mat based fitness classes, indoor cycling, and HIIT cardio classes. Amber grew up as a competitive dancer and fell in love with Pilates as a client after she had her second child. After having left the world of dance to pursue her family and falling in love with Pilates it only felt right to join her love of teaching dance and doing Pilates. In 2021 Amber finished her Pilates training, started teaching, she hasn’t looked back.
You can expect Amber’s classes to be energetic, creative and you will leave with that Pilate’s muscle shake.
